Updating client records is critical to moving the claim along the process. Here are some helpful tips:
Begin by typing in client's name.
History: This is where you add notes like adding your name, details about the claim, making note of update contact info, etc.
Calendar: View upcoming inspections and re-inspections. Clicking in the event will show address and contact info in case you need to call the client.
Using data to make money
Use the storm data to call residential and commercial properties.
GROUPS: We will set up Groups for you to call. All contact data is in each record. We will create Groups based on the weather event and property type. This example is Houma LA for Hurricane Ida.
You will see a list of all the contact for that GROUP. At the bottom you will see a total count for that group (4,785).
