Then we want you to join our team as a Market Demand Representative (MDR).

This is a fast-paced environment with big reward. As an MDR you must be personable, articulate, energetic and be able to understand the role Public Insurance Adjusters play in the property claims process. Google “what is a public adjuster” for more information.


You will be contacting property owners that have been identified as suffering a loss or damage to their property due to severe weather. Empathy and a desire to help return them to their financial state prior to their loss is top priority (indemnification).


  • Call property owners to set inspections.

  • Manage the inspection calendar.

  • Coordinate with the operations manager as needed.

  • Articulate what a public adjuster is and how they help to indemnify the property owner.

  • Update property owner records in the CRM.




  • Goal-oriented.

  • Excellent skills in communication and sales.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions in creating long-lasting relationships.

  • Experience using a CRM.

Work Location: Greenspoint area. Houston.

We reserve the right to conduct drug testing and background checks.

Common surfaces are sanitized daily. If you are comfortable wearing a mask by all means, feel free to do so but we do not require one to be worn.
